Terms and Conditions for ARIYE Educational Rescue

Welcome to the ARIYE Educational Rescue initiative. By submitting an application or participating in this program, applicants and beneficiaries agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Program Overview
ARIYE Educational Rescue is a support initiative established to provide educational aid, grants, mentorship, or financial assistance to eligible students, young artists, and individuals facing educational hardship.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the ARIYE Educational Rescue program, applicants must:

Be currently enrolled in, or seeking admission to, an accredited educational institution or training program.

Provide accurate and verifiable personal details as requested in the application form.

Upload a valid government-issued identification document (e.g., National Identification Number [NIN], International Passport, Voter's Card, or Driver's License).

Meet any additional financial need or merit-based criteria specified in the current application window.
3. Application & Verification

Accuracy of Information: All information submitted must be truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of any awarded support.

Document Verification: The ARIYE Educational Rescue committee reserves the right to verify all submitted IDs, academic records, and proof of financial need directly with relevant authorities or institutions.

One Application per Person: Multiple applications by a single applicant during the same application period are prohibited unless explicitly permitted.
4. Selection Process & Awarding

Selection Discretion: Recipients are selected at the sole discretion of the ARIYE Educational Rescue committee based on available funds, merit, need, and compliance with application guidelines.

Non-Transferable: Grants, funds, or educational support awarded are non-transferable and must be used exclusively by the named recipient.

No Guarantee: Submitting an application does not guarantee funding or selection.
5. Disbursement & Use of Funds

Educational financial support will be paid directly to the verified educational institution, training facility, or directly to the recipient as determined by the program administrators.

Awarded funds must be utilized strictly for educational expenses, including tuition fees, books, exam fees, or designated learning tools.
6. Code of Conduct & Academic Performance

Beneficiaries are expected to maintain satisfactory academic standing and uphold high standards of ethical behavior.

Misconduct, academic dishonesty, or criminal activity during the period of support may result in the termination of aid and potential recovery of disbursed funds.
7. Media & Publicity Consent
By accepting support under the ARIYE Educational Rescue program, beneficiaries grant the program organizers the right to use their name, image, general background, and testimonial for promotional, publicity, and reporting purposes across digital media, social channels, and press releases without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
The program organizers, affiliates, partners, and sponsors shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from an applicant’s participation in the program or any technical glitches/delays in the application and disbursement process.
9. Amendments & Termination
The program administrators reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the ARIYE Educational Rescue program, application deadlines, or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
