Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital content are final.
This includes but is not limited to:

Once digital content has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded, no refunds or returns will be issued.
2. Creative and Media Services
Payments made for services such as music production, media production, talent management, content creation, or licensing are generally non-refundable once the service has commenced.
However, refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

The service was paid for but not commenced

Schoolzical is unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal reasons
Any approved refund will be processed after deducting applicable administrative or processing fees.
3. Event Management and Bookings
For event-related services (including event planning, production, bookings, or facility rentals):

Cancellations must be made in writing

Refund eligibility depends on how close the cancellation is to the event date

Deposits paid to secure bookings are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement
Specific event contracts may contain separate cancellation and refund terms, which will take precedence.
4. Facility Rentals (Studios & Event Centres)
Payments for studio sessions, rehearsals, or facility rentals are non-refundable once the booking date and time have been reserved.
Rescheduling may be allowed subject to availability and advance notice.
5. Incorrect or Duplicate Payments
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or made a duplicate payment, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. Verified errors may be refunded after review.
