Terms and Conditions for Donations

By making a donation through this platform, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your transaction.

1. General Donation Terms

• Voluntary Contributions: All donations made to support our cause—including, but not limited to, Empowerment for Apprenticeship, Hospital Rescue, School Fees Rescue, Library & Educational Support, and Better Life Impact & Rural Support—are made strictly on a voluntary basis.

• Selection of Fund: Donors may select a specific tier/category for their contribution or specify an alternate amount. All funds received will be allocated towards the designated initiative or general operational support to further our organizational mission.

2. Irrevocability & No-Refund Policy

• Final and Non-Refundable: All donations are final, absolute, and non-refundable under any circumstances. Once a donation transaction is submitted and processed, the funds cannot be recalled, recovered, reversed, or returned to the donor.

• No Chargebacks: By proceeding with the donation, you explicitly waive any right to request a chargeback, refund, or dispute through your financial institution, payment provider, or card issuer.

3. Source of Funds & Donor Representation

• Lawful Origin: By completing a transaction, you represent, warrant, and affirm that you are the lawful owner or authorized user of the payment method utilized, and that all funds transferred originate from legitimate and legal sources.

• Compliance with Laws: You confirm that the donation complies with all applicable national and international anti-money laundering (AML) laws, financial regulations, and legal standards.

4. Indemnity & Limitation of Liability (A.R.I.Y.E.)

• Absence of Knowledge: A.R.I.Y.E., its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and partners possess no duty, obligation, or technical means to verify the original background, history, or underlying source of any donor's funds.

• Full Indemnification: You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless A.R.I.Y.E. and its representatives from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, demands, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:

  1. The origin, legality, or source of any funds sent to the organization.

  2. Any unauthorized use of payment methods or financial accounts by a donor.

  3. Any legal disputes, third-party claims, or governmental investigations regarding the provenance of the donated funds.

5. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be effective immediately upon being posted on this website.
